Our findings are as follows: e Please do Elevations on the property range between approximately 503 feet above MSL on the southwest corner to approximately 629 feet above MSL on the northeast corner. The average slope on the property is approximately 20%; some areas have slopes in the range of 20-25% and there is a ridge and other isolated areas containing slopes greater than 25%. All test holes were located in'areas where the local slope is less than ~5%. Soil testing was performed using a track-mounted Nodwell auger rig. One test hole was drilled on each lot, as shown on the attached exhibit. No bedrock was encountered in any of the test holes. No groundwater was encountered in any of the test holes° Soils log and mechanical analyses (attached) indicate the soils consist of sandy gravels in the GW-GM and GP classifications. Accordingly, no percolation tests were needed to confirm that the soils are suitable for on-site systems. not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Sincerely, ...... ...........
