Based on the attached as-built survey the field is approximately 2.5' from the property line. As the field was installed in 1976 there is no way to determine why the discrepancy exists. Due to these issues combined with the existing characteristics of the lot, we are requesting a waiver of 2.5' to property line and field to field be granted.
