The well is to serve more than a single-family residence and thus, it will be Classified as a class C public water system. The well location and..w~ter system are approved for the features with which this department is concerned providing the following conditions are met: Septic tanks and drainfields must be located at least 150 feet.from the well. Sewer lines must be at least 75 feet from the well. The results of an analysis for coliform bacteria must be submitted to this department prior to serving water from the well. Well logs and pump test data must be submitted within 30 days after completion of the well. This approval is valid only if single family residences are built on the two lots.
