This letter recognizes your intent to construct duplexes on the two lots keeping the design population by bedroom count to less than 25 persons. The engineering plans and specifications are approved for the features with which this department is concerned. Enclosed with this letter is a Construction and Operations Certificate granting conditional approval for constructing the well. This will enable you to commence drilling. The well is to serve?~ore than a single-family residence and thus, it will be Classified as a class C public water system. The well locatioh and,~ter system are approved for the features with which this department is concerned providing the following conditions are met: Septic tanks and drainfields must be located at least 150 feet.from the well. Sewer lines must be at least 75 feet from the well. The results of an analysis for coliform bacteria must be submitted to this department prior to serving water from the well. e Well logs and pump test data must be submitted within 30 days after completion of the well. This approval is valid only if single family residences are built on the two lots. Other facilities must be specifically approved by this department prior to construction.
