We propose to remove and decommission the existing septic tank and install a new 1250-gallon HDPE tank in the same location to serve the existing 4-bedroom residence. With this upgrade, we request to maintain the existing waivers to the subject and adjacent wells. The proposed upgrade with a HDPE tank will improve the protection of these wells. Also, the documented nitrate levels of both these properties are shown to be non detect (ND). The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties.
