septic, Lank, from 150 feet to 125 feet.

granting of additional authorizations, nor obligate any federal, state, or local regulatory agency to
grant required authorizations.

We have reviewed the waiver request for the class C well
(duplex) proposed for the subject, site. The request was
prepared for you by Mr. James Ringstad of Construction Test
Lab. We concur with the premise that the well will be ade-
quately protected against contamination if it is located at
least 125 feet from any surrounding septic systems.
It is our understanding that the well will be located about
155 feet from the septic system on lot 12A and about 130
feet from your neighbor's septic system. The well location
is hereby approved for the features with which this depart-
ment is concenred, .providing'these distances are maintained.

We have reviewed the plot plan and other information per-
taining to the class C well you wish to construct on the
subject property. The project is hereby approved for the
features with which this department is concerned, providing
the.-well is located at lea~t 150 feet from any nearby sep-
tic tanks and soil absorption systems. The well log and
the results of a bacteriological analysis of the well water
should be submitted to this office within 30 days after
completion of the well.

Engineer's Comments: This investigation was completed in compliance with ADEC and MOA regulations. The assessment of the condition
of the well and septic applies only to the conditions as of the day tested. The flow and absorption rates may change due to subsurface
conditions that may not be observed from the surface, changes inland use, local soil characteristics, groundwater levels that may fluctuate
during the year and the water usage of the family being served by the system. The operational life of all well and septic systems are
subject to these various and dynamic characteristics and are outside the control of the
evaluator of the well and septic system. Therefore,

system will function satisfactory for current or future
