Our review of available documentation and field investigation show that this project will not adversely impact any nearby Wells, Wastewater disposal systems, replacement disposal sites, or drainage flowing onto and off of the subject property. A testhole will be excavated during or prior to construction to verify that the soil conditions identified on the historic soils log are accurate.
