We propose to decommission the existing 1250-gallon septic tank per code and install a new 1250-gallon tank in the same location to serve the existing 4- bedroom house. The subject and adjacent lots are served by public water. There is no surface water within 100' of the proposed tank. The septic tank was pumped and verified to have a capacity of 1250 gallons. The absorption ~5-f~h-ch was tested by a continuous flow of water over a period of 72 hours without any adverse effect on the system. It can be concluded from this test that the waste water disposal system serving the four bedroom residence located on this property is ~urrently functioning adequately.
