Minimum distance between a well and any on-site sewage disposal system is 100 fee - for a private well or 150 to 200 feet from a public well depending upon the type of public well. Minimum distance from a private well to a private sewer line is 25 feet and to a community sewer line is 75 feet. Well logs are required and must be returned to this department within 30 days of the well completion. Other requirements may apply. The first compartment is not large enough and there appears to be problems with the inlet and outlet baffles. The specifications are listed in the appendix of the U.P.C,., pages 179 to 181 (a copy is attached). Lot 2: The tank is not approved. Lot 3 One foot (1') of sewer rock was installed below the drain tile. A perc test was conducted between the 6.9 feet and 7.3 feet level. The soils rating is 154 S.F./B.R.
