The Environmental Services Division, On-Site Services Program, has reviewed the
following cases and has these comments:
S-10220:
Clairbome Subdivision #4, Lot 37A block 2
No objections
S-10221:
Platt Subdivision, Lots 1 and 2
No objections.
S-10222:
Glen View Estates Subdivision, Tracts lA and 2A
Information to satisfy the requirements specified by AMC 21.15
and AMC 15.65 must be submitted for each lot of this proposed
subdivision. This information must include, but may not
necessarily be limited to:
.(~oils testing, percolation testing and ground water monitoring
to confirm the suitability for development using on-site
wastewater disposal system. Ground water monitoring must be
conducted during high water season in either the fall (October)

Dear Kim:
Per your request, we perlbrmed soils tests on the mbject tract and evaluated the suitability of tl~e
ama within the vicinity of the ~est holes to support an onsite septic sy,~em. A* we discussed,
si.ce we had no surveyed control points, we are uncertain where the lest holes ate on the tract,
Three test boles were excavated, but suitable soils were only found in two or' Ibc holes, The holes
were excavated to depths of 9-i0 t~et. Weatl~ered bedrock was encotmteted at 8.0 lo 8.5 Feet.
No groundwater was encountered Pe~colatio, tests were peHbrmed, and the perk ~ates we[e less
than, or equal lo, I minute per inch. In short, Ibc soil bas excellenl absorption characteristics.
There were no smthce waters withtn I00 feet of the test holes, and lt~e topography was within lhe
allowable ranBes tbt' inslalli,g an onsite septic system. Based upoH tl~e infommtion we have
available at this time, the ~ubject area ~11 support an onsile seplic system If you have any
