A test hole was excavated and found silty sands, SM, for the entire depth. The perc rate was found be 22 minutes therefore a simple deep trench was designed with an effective depth of 8 feet. No water was measured in the test hole during or after the excavation. The tank will also be replaced at the same time. The slope around the site fairly flat with no cut banks within 100 feet, see site plan. This system will not impact any of the neighboring properties due to the lot layout. This is also a conditional COSA to close the loan. Twice the excavation/engineering amount will be set into escrow for payment of the repairs, see attached email from title company.
