Dear Mr. Buck:
An inspection of the subject property revealed that a cesspool
was serving as the sewer system for part of the house. The
reit of the house is served by a septic tank a~)d seepage pit
and this system is approved.
Before this Department can approve th~ sewer system~ ~he plumbing
for the one bathroom that now goes into the cesspool will nee~i
to be tied into the other system and t!~e cesspool backftll~d.
Temporary approval for the system can be given pending the escrow
of the-funds to upgrade ti~e system.
The subject lot is serv6d by Central Alaska Utilities wster
which is an approved water source.
If you have any questions regarding the above, nlease do not

Dear Mr. Buck:
An inspection of the subject property revealed that a cess-
pool was serving as the sewer system for part of the house
and that for the rest of the )louse, there is a sewer system
that may be approved.
Before this Department can approve the sewer system, the pp
pumping for the one bathroom that now goes into the cesspool
will need to be tied into the other system and the cesspool
backfilled. Before approval for the other system can be
given, a signed diagram will need to be submitted to this
office of what the sewer system consists of. This diagram
will need to be signed by someone who knows what the system
is.
