The existing septic tank serving the above referenced is 30 years old and the owner would like to replace it. The submittal consists of one (1) drawing showing the present improvements on the lot and the proposed improvements of the lot, of which only the septic tank is subject to this permit application. The installation of this septic tank will not prevent wells and septic systems from being installed on the adjacent lots.
