The Environmental Services Division, On-site Services Section,
of the Department of Health and Human Services has reviewed
the following cases and has these comments:
S-9106:
Lots 6A, 6B, 6C Block 2 Rabbit Creek View Subdivision
The following information is needed before this
department can adequately review the submittal:
1. The sewer system for the house is undocumented
and apparently installed in 1973. We require
documentation of the system, including proof that
it is not encroaching on bedrock or ground
water. If an upgrade is required, it must be
permitted, and installed prior to final plat.
2.Provide Water availability information.
3. Show existing surface water sources and setbacks
to them as needed.
4. Monitoring tubes must be re-established in
all test holes and maintained permanently. We
will require long term monitoring on all test
holes.
5. Additional test holes will be necessary to show
that the designated disposal areas are adequate.
6. The engineer must show areas of less than 25%
slope which could be designated for wastewater
disposal. Lot 6A appears to lack adequate
areas for disposal.
S-9107:
LOts 5A and 7A Block 1 Spring Forest Subdivision
This plat should not proceed since each lot in a
proposed subdivision which will have on-site
wastewater disposal must have a minimum of 40,000
square feet within lot lines (see AMC 15.65.108B) .
S-9108:
Winchester Vale Subdivision
