When the on-site system was installed on this lot in 1981, there was a
constraint created by both the well across the street and the well
serving this lot, At the time of inspection, I personally noted that
the soil in the trench under the driveway was clean gravels. I had
derated the soils in the first part of the trench because they were not
as good as the soils test.
Our adequacy test results are enclosed, The absorption rate for the
trench is many times greater than required. The water rose in the
trench; the trench went dry; then it only rose 0.42 feet. There was 673
gallons used in the test, Since the gravel depth is 3.2 feet, the rise
was only 13% of the total depth. Since 'there is not enough space to
enlarge tile trench and it is so overbuilt, I recommend that it be
certified as a 4 bedroom system,

Dear Mr. McCormick:
This letter is to verify that I performed the water sampling and had
the water tested in accordance with Municipal standards. The results
of the lab analysis are satisfactory as shown on the attached lab
report from Chemical & Geological Laboratories.
An inspection of the well head was made and the electrical wiring
has been complete in conduit where exposed above grade.
