Soil Rating is 125 sq. ft./bedroom. A three bedroom system will require 375 square feet of infiltrative area, which is accomplished by a 5 foot wide by 75 foot long drainfield. The drainfield should contain 12 inches of sewer rock with a minimum of 6" beneath the distribution pipe, The bottom of the excavation shall be level and no deeper than 4,5 feet below existing ground level. 2. A 1000 gallon, two compartment septic tank will be required, 3, Cleanouts will be required at each end of the drainfield, on both tank , compartments, 5' beyond the ~ank and the foundation, and before any bends greater than 45 degrees preceding the tank. Bolles, On-site Services ~ SUBJECT: Permit application for Lot 22 Blk. B Sunset Hills The permit application for the subject lot is being returned for consideration of the following items: 1. The water level, as monitored by this Department, on 1/22/90 was -8' of original grade. This takes into account that the top of the monitoring tube is -2 of original grade. 2. The coarse gravels in the area would suggest that water levels will increase during break-up. It will be necessary therefore to have the water level monitored through May 15, 1990. 3. There exists what appears to be a driveway constructed on the western portion of the lot. This driveway would also appear to conflict with the western portion of the proposed absorption field and the septic tank. As this driveway has ?~. been excavated to a depth of +/- 4' in the area of the proposed tank location and at the elevation of the distribution pipe it is necessary that the location of the driveway be determined and shown on the site plan. Permits are issued on a calendar year basis by authority of Municipal Ordinance. A new permit must be obtained from this Department for any well and/or on-site sewer system not installed by the expiration date.
