We propose to install a 1094 -gallon plastic IM -1060 Infiltrator septic tank per the attached design to serve the existing 3 -bedroom residence. As noted on the design, this is a very small lot and area with required waivers for the subdivision, etc... and we propose to conduct a septic adequacy test of the existing septic field prior to septic tank upgrade and will provide waiver requests as necessary for the existing and/or proposed septic systems. To reiterate, all separation requirements will be met for the permit and if during installation, a waiver or waivers is needed it will be addressed at that time.
