The Beckers are in the process of subdividing lot 1 of plat no. P-362 into two lots. Because public water is not avaliable to the site they propose to use an existing well to serve both lots. There is presently a mobile home on the northern portion of the property, which is served by a septic tank system. The Becker's have provided us with a map showing the well and septic tank location. (Exhibit A) A search of the records of the Department of Health and Enviromental Protection did not disclose the locations of any seepage pits or drain fields within a 100 feet of the existing well. I have inclosed a copy of the preliminary plat with the 100 foot radius shown.
