I have tested the seepage pit on this lot as adequate for +600 GPD absorbtion rate. Separation distance well to septic tank is 50' which is allowed by grandfather rights due to the date of installation. The original permit was for a 4 bedroom installation with an 85 soil rating and 348 sq. ft. of absorbtion area. The soil log for the permit shows a total depth of 10' with no water table. As the system was_ installed to a total depth 11', the question of--4' vertical separation distance to any water table J_s left to Municipal determination. I have in- cluded soil logs from neighboring lots to aid your anaylsis. The lot slopes to the north at an approximate 10% grade.
