SUBJECT: Lot 71 Section 9 T15N R1W Seward Meridian
Triplex owned by James C. Robertson, an inspection was done on
this property January 26, 1976 for approval of individual sewer
and water facilities. Approval was disapproved because of lack
of information concerning the details of the system, and it was
not possible to evaluate the adequacy to determine compliance
with minimum requirements.
On February 13, 1976, a perc test was done on the existing pit,
it was determined that this system was draining adequatly, the
septic tank was pumped in my presence by Mr. Paul Gibbs of
Eagle River, it gas determined the septic tank size was 2,000
gallons which is adequate for a six (6) bedroom.
The well distance was 68' from the septic tank. Mr. Kyle
Cherry granted a waiver on February 27, 1976.
