The drainfield is in a state of failure and needs to be upgraded. We are proposing to install a 5 -wide trench type drainfield and a new 1000 gallon septic tank. The two (2) existing tanks and cribs on the property will be decommissioned per UPC. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached soil logs which show the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results. 2.
