A suitable replat can be interpreted as meeting all the conditions specdied in the Land Subdivision Regulations, This includes, bul is not limited to, entering into Subdivision Agreements for paving of streets, providing underground utilities, sewer and water, etc. Additionally, all parties affected by this vacation will have to sign the replat, as well as any Subdivision Agreement. It should be noted that the survey or engineering expense is borne by the property owners and a guarantee of an acceptable replat is nol granted merely because the subject property is vacated. Mr. Horton, ~he owner of Lot 58A, has refused to sign the re-plat with the note prohibiting direct vehicular access to the Old Glenn Highway. Mr. Dudley has been in contact with the Alaska DOT/PF and has developed terminology for the note which is acceptable to the State and to Mr. Horton. The revised note is shown on the note would replace comment No. 2 Board on December 17, 1986. accompanying attachment. This as recommended by the Platting Should this plat need to be re-submitted to the Planning Board, please accept this letter as an application for the same.
