CALLING 343-4744 OR 343-4681 AFTER BUSINESS HOURS
4. FROM OCTOBER 15 TO APRIL 15 A SUBSURFACE SOIL
ABSORPTION SYSTEM UNDER CONSTRUCTION DURING FREEZING
WEATHER MUST BE EITHER:
A. OPENED AND CLOSED ON THE SAME DAY
B. COVERED, SEALED AND HEATED TO PREVENT FREEZING
5. THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL PROVISIONS.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. WELL WILL BE DRILLED ON THIS LOT TO SERVE LT 3 BK 3
HENKINS. CURRENT WELL ON 3/3 WILL BE ABANDONED.

waterline more properly described as follows:

Benkins Subdivision, 100 feet along the NE property llne of lot 3 block 4 Henkins
Subdivision.
Said easement is for a water well on and water line across Grantors' property supplying
water to Grantees' property which is more properly described as:
Lot 3, block 3 of llenkins Subdivision as set out in Plat No. P-387, recorded in
the Records of the Anchorage Recording District, Third Judicial District, State
of Alaska.
Said Grant of easement shall run with the land and shall and shall be binding on and
shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their heirs, successors or assigns
until public water and sewer is made available .to the Grantee*s property.
