The requirements for well~ is that the easing be extended twelve (12) inches above ground lever, sealed with a sanitary seal approved by this department and the existing pit filled with earth and sloped so as to drain away from the well casing. Temporary approval will be granted if funds are escrowed to upgrade the systems to meet Municipal requirements. A completion date of June 30, 1977 is requested.
