Sonja, I would not require an updated as -built survey to close out a tank -only permit for the following reasons: 1) 1981 as -built survey appears to accurately depict what we have on file as the current septic system, as well as what I am seeing on aerial view for structures. 2) 1 don't have any separation concerns that would need to be reconfirmed (i.e. if there was a chance the new tank could be less than 100 ft from the well). As mentioned over the phone, we will require an updated as -built survey prior to approving a COSA.
