Gentlemen:
In response to your request we have formulated an opinion
with regard to the site's ability to accept onsite sewerage
disposal systems.
The site has been previously developed as a commercial sand
and gravel source. Similar developments to the west, east
and south indicate the exposed soils to be general to the
area.
Exploration in the northwest indicates clean permeable soils
exist to significant depths.
The attached photographs and logs of stockpiles and cut
faces indicates the undisturbed soils to be permeable, and
to be predominately in the SM and SP groups with some layers
of GP's, SM's and ML's. We expect the soils to have sufficient
ML layers to be rated as SM upon remixing and use as borrow.
We understand that %he waste piles of overburden which
include SM's, ML's and organic matter are to be removed.
We understand that the topography is to be substantially
altered, with deep cuts and thin fills to be the general
condition.

und water is encountered to the northwest and follo
~x~~l-rainage to the west.
Based on these data including 13 locations throughout
property we do not expect percolation to be a general
problem to the subdivision.
the
We recommend that percolation, soil type, and water table be
verified after the general grading plan is impl~nd
as the structures are adjusted by consideration of the
general area.
Very truly yours,
