A portion of the proposed primary and alternate absorption fields is outside the 30 ft radius of the percolation test. An additional percolation test is required prior to construction of the absorption field. If results require a design change, construction shall stop pending review and approval of a change order. Please submit results 41, with the inspection report (or change order, if required). A 2. MOA GIS maps show slopes greater than 25% that appear to be within 50 ft of proposed drainfields. One test hole was excavated and found silty gravels & sands (GM/SM) for the entire depth with water at 14 feet after the 7 day monitoring period. A new 1250 gallon plastic tank will be installed and a gravity flow deep-trench system. The perc rate was 26 minutes. The lot slopes to the south at 4.5 to 1 with the slope getting steeper (3.5 to 1) on the west side. This new system will not impact any of the surrounding neighbors. Sincerely Michael N.
