Ladies & Gentlemen:
We are submitting a preliminary plat for the above referenced
subdivision. A total of two lots are being created from 1 original
large parcel. No ~oad construction is anticipated other than a
driveway from the end of Stewart Drive into Lot 1.
The development of this subdivision will not impact the existing
natural drainage.
We request that the Platting Board approve this subdivision without
any stipulations concerning drainage.
