On my December 19, 2019 inspection the only private water well observed was the one currently being used. I looked for but did not find an older private water well noted on documents in the database files of On -Site Water and Wastewater. No snow cover was on the ground that day in Girdwood. In a conversation with Erin Cooper in early January, the wife of owner Francis Byerly, she said when the current owner bought the property the present well drilled in September 1993 was the only well visible. The status of the previous well was unknown to Francis Byerly. Francis Byerly is currently living in Sand Point Idaho. My December 19 inspection also found the hookup to the public community sewer under the deck which is on the east side of the house on Lot 66D. This service line goes towards the 10' utility easement on the east lot line. This connection is noted on a copy of the survey as -built attached dated December 23, 2019.
