As we indicated, it is our feeling that the requirement for a plat signed by the State Division of Aviation showing the well radius protective easement on the adjacent unsub~ivided property to the west of lot 10, is superfluous inasmuch as lot 10 is also owned by Division of Aviation and is.only leased to AIA. As stated previously, the well location has been reviewed and approved by the Division of Aviation. Since our original submittal, a sewer main has been con- structed into the area as shown by the attached drawings which serves the AIA facility and would be extended in the future to serve any development which may be proposed for the area west of lot 10. Also attached is a copy of a letter from State of Alaska DEC granting approval of this well site on the basis of the same information submitted to your office. We hope that this information will be adequate to secure your approval of %his location. Robert W. The location is approved for the features with which this department is concerned. Enclosed with this letter is a certificate approving construction of the well. The "Approval to Operate" section of the certificate must be completed by a re- presentative of this department prior to serving water from the well. We should receive the following information prior to issuing the operation approval: 1. Well logs. Results of raw water analyses for the inorganic chemical, bac- teriological and physical contaminants specified in 18 AAC 80. 050. 3.
