OF HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION RECFIVED Dear Mrs. Oswaldt: Attached, please find the current D.E.C. approvals for a Class "C" well and commercial septic system serving the above referenced lots. Our client Matanuska Telephone Association, Inc., is required to replat these lots as per a Conditional Use ruling. The replat is to combine the two existing lots into one continuous lot. The exi. stence of an operational well and septic system on the newly formed lot should satisfy any future Health Department requirements. It should be noted that expansion of the building use is not allowed under this conditional approval, which prec]udes any expanded use or requirement of additional septic area. If it is desired by Matanuska Telephone Association, Inc., to donate a portion of the replat area as a MunLeipal Park, on-sit~ services would not be required in this instance either, We are therefore requesting Health Department Approval to the Platting Authority.
