After inspecting the absorption system, we determined that there must be an obstruction somewhere between the foundation cleanout and beginning of the existing trench. Therefore, we are submitting this permit application for its replacement. The subdivision is serviced by a community well that serves this lot as well as the surrounding properties and is greater than 200’ away from the property lines of this property. No septic system on this lot or adjacent lots will have any effect on the proposed septic tank location. The tank will be at least 10’ away from the foundation and 5’ away from the existing septic trench. Please refer to the attached plan for the septic design.
