SUBJECT: Vern Haik Subdivision (S-7692A)
Dear Ms. Contreras:
This letter is in regards to the stm~nary of action for McCabe (Vern Haik)
Subdivision on July 11, 1984. Item 4B requests that Msnron Drive be
constructed to suburban peripheral standards. We have analyzed the existing
topography and have determined that the construction of Monron Drive is not
feasible within the parameters of Municipal Road Design Criteria. I have
discussed this problem with Norm Hudec and we feel that an alternate access to
the lots fronting Monron Drive would be more advantageous. Therefore, we are
requesting that the construction of Msnron Drive be removed from the conditions
of approval. Please place us on the October agenda so we can resolve this
condition.
