No exposed or excavated sewer system inspection possible.
Water System - Not acceptable without modification - existing pump/well pit
not permitted.
Well-102 foot drilled well, 6 inch casing. Water sample taken Februamy 17,
1965, o.k. Location, o.k. Outside 10+ feet from line
System will be acceptable if pitless adaptor, submersible pump and ~2+ gallon
pressure tank installed~ present well cmibbing removed, well casing annular
space properly sealed and pit excavation backfilled and graded to dmain.

Dear Mm. Paddock:
This is in regard to your request fo~ an inspection of the exlsttn~ private water
and sewage systems located on the above listed property for the purpose of securing
FHA approval.
The water system cannot be approved because the unacceptable pump pit and the under-
sized pressure tank do not meet ~equtred standards. This system can be re-inspected
and approved sub]ent to the following modifications.
1. Addition of a "pitless adaptor" to your well.
Relocation of you~ pemp and pressure system.
A submersible pump is suggested.
Installation of a pressure tank of at least 42 gallon capacity-
(FHA requfrod minimum).
Removal of existing pit c~ibbtng. Filling armular space between well
casing and earth wall of well with cement grout to a depth of 10 feet.
Backfilling well pit excavation, compacting and sloptn~ to drain.
The 750 gallon steel septic tank/log ~Ib seepage plt ae~age system presently on
