Pipple Subdivision Approval for your sewer and water facilities serving the above subject property can not be approved until the following items have been completed or corrected: (~)/ ?he £1oor d~ain i~ the boiler room ~hich leads directly ~ '~(~, ~ to the sewer system needs to be disconnected. (2). The well head in the boiler room is below ground level and will need to be extended twelve(12) inches above the natural ground surface. (3) The first component of the sewer system was approximately seventy-five(75) feet from the well. This component will need to be exposed so that we can verify whether or not a septic tank is existing and its condition. If there is not a septic tank, one will need to be installed. If the first component is a cesspool, it will need to be abandoned and caved in. A new leaching area will need to be located 200 feet from the well. (4) A second component to the system was not located. If there is one, it must be located so that we can make measurements to the well to determine proper distances. If there is a second component and it is the proper distance from the well, you will need to have an adequacy test performed. This test will determine if the system is adequate according to National Standards.
