OF H~ALT~i & E,~WRO~,~N~-^~ ~O~cnoN .RECEIVED Re: Robert Hartzler, Health Authority Approval (HAA) Application; Lots 11 & 12, Blk 8, Pipple Subdivision Dear Sir, During the period from April 25 to June 26, 1984, we performed research, investigations and testing pursuant to Health Authority Approval on the above referenced lot. We performed a flow tes~--en-~t~w~e~l~l~--~nd found the output to be adequate fo~4 bedroom house~ (Refer to Water Yield Test, attached~.-~--W~'~lso--too~a wat~sample~ for bacteriological analysis and results wer~nega~iv~_e (Refer to Chemical & Geological Laboratory ~A~a~yt~cal Report, attached). We also performed an adequacy test/~n~th~septic system and found that it absorbed at a rate o~ 688~11ons per day (gpd). This is more than the 600 gpd requi~ 'red for a 4 bedroom house and the system is therefore adequate. The septic tank was pumped as part of the test and the volume was verified to be~allons. To our knowledge, we have assembled all available information on the HAA Checklist and Application Form. We offer this information for your review. Please call if you have any questions.
