Reasor Custom Realty 7404 Nathan Lane Anchorage, Alaska Dear Mr. Reasor: RE: SANITARY SEWER SERVICE - LOT 10, BLOCK 1, WENTWORTH SUBDIVISION This is to confirm that the Greater Anchorage Area Borough Department of Public Works presently has a sewer trunk line under construction along E. 40th Avenue. This line could possibly be completed in the Fall of 1970, but more probably will be completed in the Spring of 1971, and upon completion will service Lot 10, Block t of the Wentworth Subdivision. There will be a 2.6 cents per square foot assessment for trunk sewer plus a lateral assessment. The rates for the lateral line assessments for 1971 are not presently known, but we estimate them to be approx- imately ten to eleven c~nts per square foot. There will also be the normal service connection charge of between $200 and $250. If you need further information concerning this matter, please feel free to contact this office.
