Publi~ sewer and water are not available. The report by the engineer on this
case adequately substantiates the development on ti~e lots of this subdivision
will be satisfactory. Water availability data is provided via the individual
wells in the area, soil tests nave ~een run wi~ich show suitable soils, and the
lot sizes are adequate for development of individual sewer systems.
S 2229 Tundra Jewel Ranch Subdivision, Lots 17A - 19A
Public sewer and water are not available. The existing development on these
lots has provided sufficient data to si~ow that the lot sizes are adequate, tile
soils conditions are adequate for on-site sewage disposal, and there is aoequate
¥olumes of water for individual wells in ti~is area.

We have reviewed the acquisitions and have kept abreast of the current Parks
and Recreation Division proposal for acquisitions along this Creek. We can
only offer our total support fort the proposed acquisitio~ along Campbell Creek,
for this proposed case.
