The septic tank was pumped and verified to have a capacity of 1000 gallons. The absorption trench was tested by a continuous flow of water over a period of 48 hours without any adverse effect on the system. It can be concluded from this test that the waste water disposal system is currently functioning adequately for the two bedroom residence located on this property. How- ever, 'the system cannot be guaranteed against subsequent failures.
