TANK WAS FOUND WITH 3 FEET OF COVER AND 46 INCHES OF CLEAN LIQUID. TRENCH SUMP WAS 7 FEET DEEP AND DRY. SINCE THE SYSTEM WAS TESTED IN FEBRUARY 1986, AND THE RESIDENCE HAS BEEN VACANT SINCE THAT TIME, THE SYSTEM WAS NOT RETESTED. The operational life of all septic systems depends on the local soil conditions, groundwater levels that may fluctuate during the year, and the water usage of the family being served by the system. These conditions are outside the control of the evaluator of 'this septic system.
