We request you issue approval of the present sewer and water system
serving the above caption property. This request is based on an escrow
of $489.00 to insure that the funds are available to pay any assessment
which may be assessed.
We understand that there is presently an assessment pending due to possible
court action by the Department of Public Works.
Jerry Wirtzbaugher has stated that your approval of the present system will
in no way compromise his position in the case.
If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Wirtzbaugher. Attached is a
copy of your previous report for your reference.

subject well system for the month of De~ber, 1977.
Our records indicate that you are responsible for turning

If you have noi: done so as yet, please obtain a water sampling
bottle from the State Lab~ 527 East 4th Avenue~ as soon
as possible and return the sample to the s~e address for
analysis.

The department records nhow that during tho wtnter:.~ of 1975-1976 snd 1978-1977, we
received a total of five (5) complaints of sewage baektn~' up into the baseraenta of hom~.
This i~ ~:olated to pluffged and/or frozen /~ewer llne~.
While ti)As problem may ;~eem only minor, there Is ti~e ever present problem of' someone
beinff responsible for repairs and mstntonanee to the sewer line in tho street. We see
this ontt,~o situation tls a potential for much greater and more se~'ious health problems
it' it ia not resolved.
