Applicant must sho~ all existing sewers, surface waters and wells within 200 feet of the proposed subdivision. · 2. DHHS staff was unable to locate any of the test holes, thus we are unable to verify water monitoring. Ail test holes must have percolation tests and water monitoring, and must be permanently maintained. 3. The lots have been filled, but this is not indicated by the applicant. We will require an engineering report on the fill and soil test data which accurately depicts the fill. 4. These lots are currently being used for an air strip and tie-downs for aircraft. If these uses are to continue, areas available for on-site disposal would be substanitally reduced. Engineer must show the amount of area available for dispos&l. 5. Applicant must indicate which disposal area provision will be used (reserve area or bedroom designation) for this development We recommend this plat be returned to the applicant for resolution of the above. Otherwise, we recommend the plat be denied. Based upon the findings the parcel could be divided in half and each new parcel would be capable of having an acceptable on site water and wastewater system within the requirements of the Municipality of Anchorage.
