Lot 13 Block 5 Zodiak Manor Subdivision
A permit issued by this Department for an individual well and/or on-site
sewer system has expired as of December 31, 1985.
Permits are issued on a calendar year basis by authority of Municipal
Ordinance. A new permit must be obtained from this Department for any
well and/or on-site sewer system not installed by the expiration date.
If you have drilled the well., a well log needs to be sent to this
Department for documentation of the installation and to close the permit.
If a private engineer inspected the installatio~ of the on-site sewer system
the original as-built inspection report(three part form) must be sent to
this office for review and approval,and for documentation.

Waiver Request WR86~147
Dear Mr. Browning:
Your request for a waiver of the ten foot separation required
between the sewer and water service lines has been granted for
the subject property. As a condition of this waiver the water
and sewer service lines must be installed in the manner laid
out in your waiver application diagram. The sewer and water
se~Vlce lines are to be installed so that the ten foot minimum
separation will be met except in that area immediately adjacent
to the house stubouts.
The sewer service line shall be constructed of cast iron° The
connection between the house stubout and sewer service line
must be a mechanical no-hub coupling employing a stainless
steel full circle clamp°

Scheduling for Construction of Zodiak Manor LID 154
Pursuant to your request, this memorandum is being written to
inform you of the status of the subject LIDo The project was
originally scheduled for construction this fall~ but due to the
desire of certain property owners to have a WID included with the
LID, the bid opening was cancelled. We anticipate the creation
of a WID by the end of the year, which will be designed and
incorporated into the LID bid documents for adw~rtisement early
next spring. The project will most likely be built early next
summer.
Since there is much public pressure to complete the Zodiak LID,
Ag~U feels reasonably confident the schedule identified above
will prevail. However, there is no guarantee.

SUBJECT:
PUBLIC WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO LOT 13, BLOCK 5;
MODIAK MANOR SUBDIVISION
As requested by Mr. Gene Meinel, we are sending you this
memorandum to inform you that Lot 13, Block 5, Zodiak Manor
Alaska Subdivision should recieve public water and sewer service
during the fall of 1986. The referenced property may be connected
to the proposed facilities when construction is complete. Both
Zodiak Manor LID No. 154 and WID No. 335 will provide such
service and are being advertised for construction at this time.
We anticipate construction to commence in mid-July with
completion scheduled for the first of November. If it is not
possible to complete construction this fall, work will be
com~le~e~ in the spring or early summer of 1987.
/~/~ase advised, however, the schedule presented above is not
/-~uarantee~, and is subject to influences beyond our control.
