Scheduling for Construction of Zodiak Manor LID 154
P~suant to your request, this memorandum is being written to
infor~ ?ou of the status of the subject LID. The project was
or~inally sci~eduled for construction this fall, but due to the
~e~ire of certain property owners to have a W~D included with the
L~D, the bid opening was cancelled. We anticipate the creation
cf a W~D by tile end of the year, which will be designed and
~ncorporated into the LID bid documents for advertisement early
nezt spriag. The project will most likely be buJ. lt early next
c'-.~ there is much public pressure to complete the Zodiak LID,
Ah%,~U ~e~= reasonably confident the schedule identified above
