The upgrade will use a septic tank with a BioMicrobics RetroFAST septic treatment system, and a standalone lift statin to pump effluent to the drainfield.  The RetroFAST is being utilized to heal and extend the life of the aging drainfield.  The proposed design is detailed on the design drawing. The proposed septic tank upgrade, if constructed as designed;  Will satisfy all code required separation distances,  Will not cause any probable adverse impacts to adjacent properties,  Will not negatively impact existing wells and septic systems on adjacent properties,  Will not be adversely affected by potential drainage that could flow onto and off of the subject property.
