the sub,oct water eupp%y pending eo~¢tion of oet~ain deficiencie~.
The survey of this ~ste~ supply showed that cesspools on Lots 2B,
29~ and 30 ~e~e all ~ithin lO0 feet of the ~ell, State la~ ~equi~es
that existin~ cesspools be at leas~ 150 feet f~o~ the ~ell. An
attempt to coru~ect this system was ~ade by iate~,-tteln~ with an
approved ~ell on Let 15, Block 2, ac A. Phillips Addition° This
could not ba done because of ft~o~en ~uound conditions,
This Depa~c~n~ will allo. conditional approval of the subject
supply pendfn~ co~ec~Icn of the deficiencies prio~ to June
1969, (See attached letter ~o ~r, Zmuda dated NovembeP 5, lDBS.)
This Depa~t~nt suggests that an eso~o, a~renge~nt be made so that
