Narrative & Septic Permit Revision Application
Dear Mr. Cross:
We are requesting a revision to a bed system due to a rising groundwater table level encountered
at the above referenced property. On June 7, 1995, the groundwater was monitored at 8.67'
below ground surface at test hole 1, and 5.17' BGS at TH2 which is at a lower surface elevation.
The redesigned bed system has a total depth of 4', utilizing the recorded water table elevations at
TH1.

Re: Great Land Estates #1 Lot 3, Block 1
Narrative & Septic Permit Revision Application
Dear Mr. Cross:
We are requesting a revision to allow the use of a lift station and a modified trench design which
raises the system to the more permeable soil horizon and allows increased vertical separation
distance to the water table levels recorded at the 12' depth. The total number of bedrooms has
been reduced to four at the owner's request. It is expected that this system will be installed in late
March. '~
If you have any questions please call our office at 694-5195.
Sincerely,
Louis Butera, P.E.
