The Glen Alps parking lot has a new security/caretaker house which needs a septic system. The well is over 500 feet away on the south end of the parking lot. The soils are sandy silts with some gravel and no water, see test hole #3. 1 also excavated a test hole for the perc and found the same material. The perc rate was 3 minutes per inch. All of the lot has a very flat slope of about 3 percent from the west to the east, as shown on the plan. The neighboring lots will not be impacted by this new septic system due to NO neighbors....
