Double cleanouts have been added to both sides of the tank as requested. The 90 degree bend at the tank invert has been lengthened for better flow characteristics. The soils logs will be revised when I visit the office and the elevations/depths on the drawings have been coordinated. Justification for the lot ling waiver is the small amount we are requesting. The lot width is 110 feet, therefore we are only encroaching'~feet into the setback or~'~rcent. The design note for the reserve area has been revised, stating the maximum desigm depth is less than 12 feet. Additional slope arrows have been added to thc reserve area. A single "T" cleanout has been referenced between the Iwo tanks for access in both directions. The invert from the house has a long sweep 90 referenced on plan. The three test hole logs have been shown as single individual units, with test hole #2 having been deepened. Justification for thc slope waiver is thc soils are very consistent throughout lhe three test holes, silty sands, which '.,,'ill allow filtration of the effluent into the fine soils. The old system is itl the same general slope area and has not had any issues for the past 30 plus years. The test hole log water monitoring will be revised on lhe original sheet. The house was destroyed by fire last year and is being rebuilt. The owner would like a 6 bedroom system. Two test holes were excavated on the top of the slope to a depth of 19 feet. The perc in both holes was 12 minutes per inch with no water observed during the 7 day monitoring period. The neighbor to the south is park land and the lots on the east and west are vacant. The slope on the south side of Ihe lot is just over the 25% limit, however no other location is available therefore it was chosen for the site.
