Attached is the Creation Ordinance for Stella Lateral Improvement District No. 133. The Sanitary Sewer Special Assessment District was petition-initiated, with the resulting voting.percentages as' follows: FOR CREATION AGAINST CREATION MUNICIPALITY OWNED PROPERT~ NONRESPONSIVE .RETURNED 69.6869% 18.0567% 12.2564% TOTAL 100.0000% The engineering estimated cost for construction of the Lateral Sewer Improvement is $225,834, plus trunk charges. Said trunk changes will be assessed jointly with t~e Lateral Assessments.
